BIOGRAPHY
Troy is the Founder and CEO of Catalyst Advisory.
Troy has led Global and Asia wide legal restructuring and special situations practices in magic circle and top US law firms. During his 18 years of advising in the Asia Pacific, he has been involved in most of the major restructurings in the region.
His experience covers the Asia Pacific, including Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Philippines and Australia.
With his knowledge of the distressed market, Troy identified the significant benefits of Directors with strong sector experience. When these Directors were appointed into companies being restructured, they worked with the advisors and other stakeholders to achieve superior results for both the company and the investors.
Similarly, when a Director was appointed by a company to protect an investment, sector knowledge was essential.
Accordingly, Catalyst Advisory provides distressed companies with Directors who have outstanding sector experience, while also protecting and supporting the appointed Director.
